RETURN POLICY
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
  • Thank you for your Order / Re-Order of Eco Earth Smart Bags.
  • You have 10 days from the date of Invoice to report any damaged or defective merchandise or any mistakes in shipping. If there are damages or any other problems with your order, please call or fax over a description of the merchandise and the problem and we will issue an RA#, which will allow us to process the return. No Credit for damaged or defective merchandise will be issued prior to receipt and inspection of the merchandise.
  • NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A VALID RA#
  • After a valid RA# has been issued by us, please send the return to:

    Please make sure your RA# is clearly written on the outside of box or the box will be refused
  • It is your responsibility to make sure the packages can be tracked
  • WE DO NOT SELL ON A CONSIGNMENT BASIS, therefore we do not accept returns because something is not selling
  • We do not offer a Lifetime Guarantee on any of our products, however, if a customer returns a bag within 14 days of purchase date, we will accept the return only if the merchandise is defective. Under no circumstances will we issue a Credit for bags that are used and returned simply because the customer no longer desires the product.
  • If you choose to allow your customer to return bags to you beyond the 14 days of purchase, please be advised, that is your problem and we will not accept the returns.
  • We will, within the Warranty period, Repair or Replace at our discretion all defective bags.
